How do I get started?
The Horizon Power app is available to customers who have registered with My Account.
Register for My Account
You will be asked to register an email address and password.
Download the app
You can log into the app using your My Account login details.
Please note: Your Login will be enabled within 4 hours after your My Account registration has been approved for use.

What is My Account?
My Account is Horizon Power's online customer portal where all your billing and payment information is stored in one convenient place. You will have access to your account at your own convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can use My Account to perform a range of simple self-service functions including:
- paying your bill
- updating our account details
- view your billed electricity consumption
- view your past and upcoming bills
- view enquiries raised via My Account
- switch to paperless billing (when you register, you will automatically begin receiving your bills by email)
- moving house online (move-in / move-out)
- open a new account
