Please note: the procurement pipeline outlines opportunities available through open processes and does not include restricted processes. The procurement pipeline may be subject to change without notice, where future tenders may not be issued or included.

If there are no public tenders, prospective local industry suppliers are welcome to register an interest online. However, Horizon Power does not accept unsolicited bids and businesses must go through the market led proposals process as outlined on the Department of Finance website.

Esperance Electrification Program

Horizon Power is supporting the transition of customers off the reticulated gas network in Esperance. This may involve electrification or bottled gas solutions.

We are seeking suitably qualified suppliers who are interested in providing services for these works to register their interest.

Regionally based subcontractors with any of the following skillsets are encouraged to register an interest working with our head contractor:

Licenced Surveyor Services (easement, pegging out and GPS coordinates)
Civil Works (site clearing, underground trenching, formwork and concreting, fencing and site clean-up)
Electrical Contractors capable of completing the underground connection to the SPS and alteration of meter panel of existing customer switch board

Stimulus Project - Standalone Power Systems

Design and installation of additional 45 stand-alone power systems in various regional locations beginning with Esperance, Kimberley, Pilbara and Midwest locations
