The Shire of Carnarvon is hosting their 4th Annual Christmas Festival. The Festival will be kicking off on Friday 1 December 2017 with the Christmas Twilight Street Party and the launch of both the Residential and Business Christmas Light Display competitions. The Christmas Twilight Street Party will have a range of fun Christmas activities, including a North Pole with Santa stalls, a Christmas tree display and a photo booth.
