Each year since 2009, over 1,000 people from across the state gather to walk from Gantheaume Point to Cable Beach in memory of Kyle Andrews. The walk is held in conjunction with the annual Kyle's Camp with the camp kids being able partake in the walk.
It is the perfect event to gather your family or gather your friends, with over 1,000 people taking part you will never do the walk alone.
Thanks to the generosity of the Broome local businesses and community the walk has grown significantly over the last few years. The event now offers warm up activities at Gantheume with fresh hot coffee served, take part in our aerial photoshoot and then set off on the 5km walk towards Cable Beach.
Once at the end of the walk you can enjoy the Mini Expo at the Cable Beach Amphitheater. A range of local Broome businesses will be on display as well as a range of fun activities for the kids and a sausage sizzle.
