Shark Bay Bowling Club estimates around 40 to 60 people will attend the two day Horizon Power sponsored event with participants from across the region.
The annual event has seen entrants from Augusta, Canarvon, Exmouth, Shark Bay and more take part.
Shark Bay Bowling, Sport and Recreation Club Treasurer Johan Bakker said that the carnival encourages the community to be active outdoors, promotes the sport of lawn bowls and engages young people.
The entry fee is $240 with $3,600 worth of prize money up for grabs.
