Horizon Power crews are working rapidly to resolve an unplanned power outage causing interruption to television and Internet services in Port Hedland. The fault has been isolated to an underground cable servicing the main transmission services tower.
Horizon Power Retail Manager Rachel Clarke apologised to customers impacted by the power outage and advised that temporary generation was being arranged which would enable television and Internet services to be restored as soon as possible.
Customers are advised to contact 13 23 51 to report any damage to electrical infrastructure and go to Horizon Power’s Facebook page for further updates.
