Why do I need to give Horizon Power access to my meter? I have a dog/locked gates.

If you choose to have your power supplied by us, you agree to give our authorised personnel access to any electrical infrastructure on your property, up to and including the point of supply (normally the meter box). Not only is this a legal requirement, it also ensures the safety and reliability of your power supply.

We will endeavour to work with you so if you have any access issues, please let us know. If we require access, we will work with you wherever possible to find a mutually agreeable time.
